This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of information for the benefit of another; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, "spammed", "phished" or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent by Bikes in Southern Maine. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license.

No Guarantee
We do not guarantee the sale of your item,  your products or services or any other product or service advertised on this site.

No Refund
Ads placed on Bikes In Southern Maine.com are non-refundable. If an error was made in payment contact Bikes In Southern Maine Support within 7 days from the purchase date to have the error corrected. If your photo is not showing correctly online contact Bikes In Southern Maine Support. If your item sells within the contracted time of the ad you will not be refunded for the unused time of the contract.

Termination
These terms are effective until terminated by either party.  Examples of situations that would terminate your service include, but are not limited to, repeated fraudulent ads and reports of bad business practices. If it has been verified through reputable information that an ad or seller, or parties a seller is affiliated with, have misrepresented themselves or an item for sale they will be barred from this site.  If you wish to challenge the termination you will be directed to submit a complaint.

Payment
We only accept payments through PayPal for monthly or yearly payments of display ads.

Classified Ads
You must create an account before submitting or sending us your ad.


Display Ads
Size of ad is 2.4" (170px) width x 2.4" (170px) height.
Inside Page Rotating Display Ads - $10 per month.
Prepaid Rotating Homepage Display Ads  - $90 annually.
Prepaid Homepage Display ads  -  $85 for 6 months/$150 annually.
Cost for design of ad by our graphic designer - $5.00
